Goddess Hour pole teacher Sheila as she teaches you fundamentals
of pole inversion. Work your core and upper body strength with
exercises on and off the pole. Turn up your inner power goddess
with hands-on instruction to perfect your basic pole inversion
holds.
This workshop
is designed for students with one or more sessions of Intermediate
or higher-level classes, and with teacher approval. No exceptions will
be made.

Turkish
Oriental bellydance is fast, furious and full of spunk.
In this fun filled class we will touch on the main elements
in Turkish Oriental bellydance. We’ll begin with
warm up, saucy isolations, shimmies, hair tosses, turns,
footwork and combinations. Bring your chiffon veils and
a mat. Get ready for a workout we’ll be movin’ fast!!!
Ruby hails
from Portland, Oregon and is one of the most innovative Turkish-style
bellydancers taking the stage.
Her passion for bellydance has taken her to Turkey twice where she
intensively studied Romani (Gypsy) dance as well as Turkish Oriental
and Folk dancing. She is widely recognized for a raw, untamed and passionate
dance-style that is uniquely her own. Performing with power, grace
and agility on stage, Ruby has won numerous titles including 2009 Bellydancer
USA. In addition to being a multi-award winning performer, Ruby is
a certified pilates instructor and is featured on several instructional
and performance DVDs including her own full length instructionals; "Flawless
Floorwork" and "Totally Turkish".

for a wonderful evening of dance. Join us this special evening
to experience traditional dances spanning the Middle East and North
